Overview
RudderStack allows you to route important customer information to Kustomer in real-time. You can add Kustomer as a destination on the RudderStack dashboard, and you’re good to go. To successfully configure Kustomer as a destination, you will need to configure the API Key, enable generic title for Page events and Screen events.
By adding Kustomer support for RudderStack, you can:
- Map your customer information to the standard Kustomer user attributes
- Record user information whenever a user sees a web page, along with its associated properties
- Create or update new organizations in Kustomer
- Capture any action that a user may perform in the form of events
