Overview
By integrating Enchant with RudderStack, you can receive data from Enchant without writing any code. Once the source is configured, all that’s left is simply adding a data warehouse, and events will start flowing with the schedule you choose. No need to bother your engineering team with another integration request.
Add Enchant in RudderStack as a source and:
- Import your customer support data into your data warehouse, or select only the specific resources you need.
- Get your support tickets, conversations, ratings, and knowledge base articles activity data into your data warehouse with ease.
- Understand the performance of your support agents and drill down to the individual knowledge base article.
