Overview
With RudderStack, you can seamlessly send your event data from a variety of data sources to Elevio. All you need to do is configure Elevio as a destination in RudderStack. Once enabled, events collected by RudderStack will automatically start flowing to Elevio in real-time.
By integrating Elevio with RudderStack, you can:
- Get all your event data across multiple sources to Elevio without having to manually instrument the integration
- Record user traits and send them to Elevio Javascript library for content targeting or live chat analysis
- Collect and map additional user information such as email, name, company, etc. to Elevio without any additional coding
