Your three options at the end of the Free Trial

After your free trial, you can decide which of three paths best fits your needs:

• Stay on Free: You can drop to our Free tier at no charge. You'll retain your pipelines and configurations (more on that below) with a 250K events/month limit and core pipeline features intact.
• Upgrade to Growth, fully self-serve: If you're ready to move forward, you can upgrade directly from the app without talking to anyone. Growth is volume-based, starting at $265/month for up to 1M events/month. You can self-serve up to 25M events/month and talk to sales if your monthly volume is over 25M. Annual plans include a 15% discount.
• Talk to us about Enterprise: If you have high volume, or require advanced security, governance, and white-glove support, the right path is Enterprise. You can click Talk to Sales at any point, either during or after your trial.

What this means for new users

If you're evaluating RudderStack for the first time:

• Sign up with a business email
• Build your pipelines with full access and up to 25M events
• At day 30, you choose: Upgrade to a paid Growth plan, stay on Free, or reach out to discuss Enterprise

If you don't upgrade, don’t worry! We won't delete any of your work, even for features that aren’t available on our Free plan. Your configuration will be preserved for up to one year after trial expiration. There's also a 7-day grace period after your trial ends before hard limits are enforced, giving you extra time to decide. And if you upgrade later, you can reactivate your existing setup. No need to start over.
