Overview
RudderStack enables you to securely send your customer event data from a variety of event sources to Trengo. For this, you need to configure Trengo as a destination in RudderStack. Once enabled, events collected by RudderStack will automatically start flowing to Trengo in real-time, where you can leverage its capabilities for automating customer conversations and team collaborations.
By adding Trengo support for RudderStack, you can:
- Skip all manual instrumentation and get all your event data across multiple sources to Trengo
- Capture information related to every page viewed along with the associated user ID
- Track real-time custom events when they occur in your web app
