Overview
You can use RudderStack to send your event data to Pendo for powerful product usage analytics without any custom configuration or coding. Once you enable the Pendo integration via RudderStack, your customer event data will be transformed and recorded to Pendo accurately. This way you can focus your time towards optimizing customer onboarding and surveys than code installations.
By Adding Pendo Support for RudderStack, you can:
- Capture information for every page viewed (along with the category and name of the page) and the associated user ID
- Record user events along with the properties associated with that event
- Send events in a format desired by Pendo
