Overview
You can now set up Ortto as a source in RudderStack. By using Ortto, you can send relevant events directly to RudderStack whenever a customer interacts with Ortto. These events can be further processed and routed to analytics platforms or your data warehouse for advanced analytics.
By adding Ortto as a source in the RudderStack dashboard, you can:
- Capture real-time chat event data
- Attribute events and traits to specific users
- Build more advanced analytics with the raw Ortto event data
