Overview
Integrating Delighted as a destination on the RudderStack dashboard lets you send your user events directly to Delighted without any manual implementation. All you need is your Delighted API Key, and you’re all set. Once Delighted is successfully configured and enabled, events from RudderStack will start flowing to Delighted.
By adding Delighted as a destination in the RudderStack dashboard, you can:
- Send real-time customer events to Delighted securely
- Create a People List to add users instantly and send surveys to all members in the list in one go
- Update user in a particular People List with the latest information
