Overview
Now you can set up Freshdesk as a source in RudderStack without any manual coding. After you have successfully configured Freshdesk as a Source, RudderStack will automatically ingest your specified customer event data. You can route this data to your data warehouse or any other third-party destination supported by RudderStack.
By adding Freshdesk as a source in the RudderStack dashboard, you can:
- Collect your raw events and data from Freshdesk and ingest them into RudderStack.
- Schedule data import from your Freshdesk account to RudderStack.
- Send data to third-party destinations or data warehouses securely.
