Overview
RudderStack eliminates the need for dedicated ETL systems or custom scripts to set up ActiveCampaign. You can easily capture all the data from your websites, mobile apps, or servers and send them directly to ActiveCampaign without any additional coding. To successfully configure ActiveCampaign as a destination, you will need to configure the API URL, API Key, Event Key, and the ActID on the RudderStack dashboard.
By adding ActiveCampaign support for RudderStack, you can:
- Send the Site Tracking event to ActiveCampaign along with optional properties of the web page.
- Capture relevant information about the user, including UserID and the associated traits such as email, phone, and name of that user.
- Update and send a contact's custom fields using the RudderStack integration.
