By adding MoEngage as a destination, you can seamlessly send your customer event data to RudderStack in real-time. Integrating MoEngage with RudderStack will require a few simple settings. RudderStack will automatically track and collect customer events across all your event data sources and route them securely and reliably to MoEngage for user personalization.

To migrate Web Push Subscribers from other platforms to MoEngage, you first need to integrate MoEngage SDK with your website. Next, add the FCM details ('FCM Project Number' and 'API Server Key,' the same as used in the previous platform) on the MoEngage Dashboard. To register the MoEngage Service Worker on the user's device, you need to create campaigns to target 'All Users' in the previous vendor platform and redirect the users onto your website. This will allow users to receive Push Notifications from campaigns created on the MoEngage Platform. The opt-in permission will not be displayed for users who have already subscribed to receive web push notifications from your website. However, steps to Register with MoEngage Service Worker, Generate a push token, Capture device details ( Browser type, Browser version, etc.) would occur in the back-end. With these steps, users will be able to receive Push Notifications from campaigns created on MoEngage Dashboard.

To capture user data, MoEngage offers SDKs on all mobile platforms and also a JavaScript SDK. A few additional user attributes and User Events can also flow from customer servers. The Data Import API captures this additional information to MoEngage servers.
