Overview
You can now set up Customer.io as a source in the RudderStack dashboard. By configuring a simple webhook, you can send relevant events whenever a customer interacts with Customer.io. Events such as messages delivered, opened by the customer, messages clicked by the customer, etc. are captured and then sent to RudderStack. These events can be further processed and routed to the preferred analytics platforms for useful, actionable insights. By adding Customer.io as a source in the RudderStack dashboard, you can:
- Capture real-time behavioral data of your customers
- Ingest the webhook event into RudderStack and convert it into the RudderStack event format
- Route the ingested events further to your preferred analytics platforms, for insights
