Overview
By adding CleverTap as a destination, you can easily send your customer event data to RudderStack in real-time. Integrating CleverTap with RudderStack will require a few simple settings. Once integrated, RudderStack will automatically track and collect customer events across all your event data sources and route them securely and reliably to CleverTap for user personalization.
Add CleverTap as a destination in RudderStack and:
- Send all user-related events to CleverTap without any manual coding
- Identify a device to CleverTap, create new properties, or update the existing properties of the device using the Identify API
- Map events to CleverTap in the desired format
