Overview
The Digital Ocean Spaces integration with RudderStack is very simple and seamless. You can use RudderStack to send your event data to Spaces to host video, photo, or audio assets on its scalable and highly available infrastructure. You do not have to worry about the size or scale of data; Digital Ocean Spaces can crunch gigantic amounts of data. Connect Digital Ocean Spaces as a destination in RudderStack, and you are good to go.
By integrating RudderStack with DigitalOcean Spaces, you can:
- Store all your Customer event data within specified Spaces in real-time
- Host images, containers, or software libraries that will be readily available for your customers to download.
- Automatically deliver files close to customers or DigitalOcean droplets.
DigitalOcean Spaces is an S3-compatible object storage platform that allows you to store large amounts of data. It includes a free, built-in (Content Delivery Network) CDN to deliver content faster and more reliably with reduced infrastructure and bandwidth costs. Each Space corresponds to a bucket for you to store and serve files. Spaces is globally available from four data centers: NYC3, AMS3, SGP1, and SFO2. You can create your Space close to your customers or near your Digital Ocean Droplets.
