You can now set up Olark as a source in RudderStack. By using an Olark webhook, you can send relevant events directly to RudderStack whenever a customer interacts with Olark. These events can be further processed and routed to analytics platforms or your data warehouse for advanced analytics.

By adding Olark as a source in the RudderStack dashboard, you can:

Capture real-time chat event data
Attribute events and traits to specific users
Build more advanced analytics with the raw Olark event data
Save development time by using RudderStack’s out of the box integration

Add Olark as a source in RudderStack by enabling a webhook source in your RudderStack dashboard, then using our Transformations feature to re-shape the incoming payload. Once configured, RudderStack will send data from your Olark source to any destinations you connect. (Note, you will need to configure outbound webhooks in Olark.)
