A Facebook App ID is an ID that uniquely identifies your application when you request ads from the Facebook Audience Network. If your app uses a Facebook login or Facebook Analytics, you may already have a Facebook App ID associated with it. A Facebook App ID is mandatory for each app to be on the Facebook Audience Network in order to request ads.

Facebook App Events requires you to install the Facebook SDK. Once you’ve done that, you can set up app events in any of the following three ways: Using a partner integration – You can connect your mobile partner account to Facebook, and add app events to it. Using Facebook’s codeless event setup tool, which requires the Facebook Marketing Kit Or, you can install your app event code manually – In case you don’t have the Marketing Kit.
