Braze is a customer engagement platform for messaging, campaigns, and user profiles. Braze Audiences syncs audience membership into Braze as a boolean custom attribute on each user profile (join → true, leave → false).

Braze Audiences is separate from the Event Stream Braze destination.

Use Braze for sending track, identify, and other Event Stream traffic. Use Braze Audiences for Reverse ETL / Audience Builder mirror syncs.
